The Birchwood Boiler House Community Hall, Woodfield Avenue, Lincoln LN6 0LT.
began life as a Boiler House for a community heating scheme. When the scheme came to an end it was modified to be used as a local community hall. It was then named The Old Boiler House.
In recent years the building has been redecorated and renamed as The Birchwood Boiler House Community Hall.
The hall is managed and maintained by local volunteers, who manage booking and ensure the building is always kept clean and tidy.
The facility includes an enclosed car park, a large function hall with a fully fitted kitchen attached, Male, Female and a disability toilet with baby changing facilities, and three smaller meeting rooms.
The hall has a full fire certificate, music licence, water testing and public liability insurance.
